How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your shipment directly through the 'Track Order' section on our website using your order ID.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. You can initiate a request through our returns portal.
Are Bacca Bucci products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we provide a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects on all our footwear. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I find the right shoe size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters and comparing it to our guide to ensure the perfect fit.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.
